New Angle Sensor with Contactless Sensing Element from Elobau

Elobau, a manufacturer of products in the field of non-contact sensor technology, has introduced a new rotary position sensor 424CO based on magnetic sensing technology illustrated by Hall effect.

Angle Sensor

It has a CANopen protocol integrated in it which makes it ISO 11898 compliant. A non-contact sensing element in the 424CO renders it highly dependable in challenging applications in industries, tractors, and building equipments.

The main features of the sensor include a resolution of  0.1„a over entire range, 360¢X angular measuring range, a 6 pin Deutsh connector for electrical connection and temperature withstanding range of -40 to +85¢XC.  It can be operated up to 200V/m of EMC and this makes the sensor ideal for applications in the automotive sector. The supported  voltage range for the battery is 9¡V32 VDC and the sensor meets IP67 standards.

Optional accessories such as actuating levers for shaft actuation and cable sets of varying lengths are provided by Elobau.
