Provider of wastewater, water treatment and transport services, ITT Corporation has acquired Nova Analytics.
A privately held company, Nova Analytics is a producer of portable, online, field and laboratory analytical instruments utilized in medical, environmental, food & beverage, wastewater and water applications. Some of the brands of Nova Analytics include Global Water, Bellingham + Stanley, ebro, Aanderaa, SI Analytics and WTW.
This acquisition helps ITT expand and build its leadership in key markets around the world.
ITT Fluid and Motion Control’s President, Gretchen McClain stated that offering Nova Analytics’ broad portfolio of instrumentation and testing products along with the company’s products in the food and beverage and fluid technology sector, helps to strengthen the company’s presence in the worldwide analytical instrumentation sector. Moreover, it assists to meet the monitoring and operating needs of the customers of the two companies better.
Employing around 725 people the world over, the company has a presence in China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Norway, France and Germany.
