GTM Testing and Metrology GmbH is the world’s leading supplier for precision, safe measurement of mechanical quantities. GTM is considered pioneer and pathfinder in the field of multi-component metrology. Our core business is manufacturing force and torque transducers and measuring units. We possess our own calibration lab, accredited for multi-component transducers, which issues calibration certificates recognised the world over. Our lab operates the world’s largest private-sector force measuring unit for tensile and compressive force. Customers all over the world use GTM products, which include near 40 measuring units in national standards institutes.

The company was founded in 1988. Its HQ is located in Bickenbach, Germany, in the Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region. We operate a subsidiary in Prague and maintain a global sales partner network. GTM has been part of Zwick Roell AG, a European leader in testing machines, since 2007.
