TF 205 Sensor Introduced by Magtrol

Magtrol, a leader in the field of torque sensors, is launching its latest product the TF 205 Torque Flange Sensor. It provides a range of measurements equal to 2 Nom. This sensor is based on the strain guage technology and telemetry which helps in signal transmission.

This model works with a high accuracy value of 0.1% and also provides 500% rated torque overload protection. Its design is more or less even and level with dimensions of 41mm x Ø eN.75 mns. It is also rigid without the bearings. This facilitates fabrication of a close or dense measurement assembly system.

The TF 205 is apt for the automotive industry especially in engine or motor test benches. Superior torque overload protection can be given even when precise measurements well inside the rated torque range can be accomplished. Future possibilities, with additions of a 5 Nom and a 10 Nom torque flange sensors may be included in the product line up
