Garner Industries, LLC, parent company of BinMaster, HerdStar, and Senix, announces that Scott McLain, President and Chief Executive Officer, will step down after more than three decades of service. McLain will remain involved as a Chairman of the Board, shareholder, and strategic advisor.
Under McLain's leadership, Garner Industries evolved into a diversified global manufacturer best known for BinMaster industrial sensors and BinCloud inventory software technology. The company also acquired and integrated Senix ultrasonic sensors and BinTrac weighing systems under McLain's tenure. The company's brands have earned international recognition for innovation in IoT, process automation, level measurement, and inventory monitoring.

The company also announces that Scott Hudson, currently Senior Executive Vice President of BinMaster, has been promoted to President of Garner Industries. Hudson has played a significant role in expanding BinMaster's market share and introducing innovative technologies across process, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
