Global Patent Agreement for Internal Antenna Between Fractus and Motorola

Motorola and Barcelona-based Fractus S.A. have entered into a global, non-exclusive patent agreement.

This agreement incorporates a license for all internal antenna-related patents of Fractus. This license also encompasses sale of Motorola products. The license agreement was negotiated through IPotential who acted as Fractus’ broker.

Fractus’ CEO and President, Ruben Bonet, informed that this agreement is a major achievement in his company’s efforts for obtaining recognition for its technology that was developed and delivered to the industry by Fractus.

Recently Fractus filed a case of patent infringement against 10 mobile phone makers in Tyler Division, Eastern Texas District. However, Motorola is not part of this litigation. Susman Godfrey L.L.P. is representing Fractus in this case.
