Arrow Specialised Carriers will use Garmin technology-based GPS tracking devices from Track What Matters for its entire fleet comprising around 60 vehicles. Arrow Specialised Carriers chose the devices after testing the technology from Garmin elaborately.
Arrow Specialised had earlier chosen another vendor for the GPS devices and had gone through poor customer service and unsuccessful installations. However, Track What Matters was able to integrate technology from Garmin into its GPS devices and successfully install five units within a week. According to Kevin Haas who is the CEO of Arrow Specialised, the decision to use GPS devices from Track What Matters has hugely impacted their business and there has been a rise in customer response.
