(SRD), a private high tech wireless company, jointly announced today the commercial launch of hyMesh-Sigma™, a patented solution, that enables wireless real-time collection of seismic data.
"We have successfully tested the hyMesh-Sigma™ solution in seismic systems under difficult conditions, and found it to be superior in performance to any other data collection solution we have tested in the past." said John Giles, President and CEO of iSeis.

The hyMesh-Sigma™ systems are available for delivery starting mid January 2013. The systems are available in kits of 100 nodes (300 channels) for conventional seismic surveys (2D and 3D surveys). Furthermore, the system is available for the collection of real-time data from microseismic surveys.
