Electronic Systems Technology Releases Long Range Ethernet Narrow Band Licensed Modem

Electronic Systems Technology, Inc. (EST) dba ESTeem Wireless Modems (Booth 1510), announces the release of the Models 195M and 195C radios, operating in the narrow band licensed 150-174 MHz and 450-470 MHz frequencies. The 195C/M products are designed for long range, difficult terrain applications for the Industrial, Public Safety, and Federal markets to +10 miles line-of-site.

The ESTeem 195C/M products provide Ethernet/IP, DF1 Serial (RS232/422/485) and 4 Channel (4/20mA) Sensor interfaces for industrial automation and control system hardware. The 195C and 195M are competitively priced and are compatible with our legacy 192 Series products.

"The ESTeem 195C/M incorporates the latest narrow band radio design in a cabinet and outdoor pole mountable package. The 195C/M in pole mount configuration greatly reduces installation time and costs, while providing an Ethernet interface and wireless network updates for our extensive Model 192 customer base," states Tom Kirchner, President. "These new wireless modems provide substantial performance upgrades and ease of interfacing to existing Water/Waste Water, Oil/Gas and other utility sites". The Model 195C/M have multiple modes of operation to allow a single radio to operate as a Master, Repeater or Remote through programmable selection to reduce system spares.

Electronic Systems Technology (EST) has been a publicly held Corporation since 1984. EST was the first company to develop the wireless modem and receive the United States and Canadian patents for this technology. ESTeem is a 20+ Year Member in the original Rockwell Automation Pyramid Solutions Program started in 1991 which is now called the Encompass Program.
