Galtronics Expands Antenna Production Capacity at Wuxi Factory

Galtronics Corporation Ltd., a Baylin Technologies company, announces that it has expanded and upgraded its infrastructure antenna production capacity in its own factory in Wuxi, China. Galtronics' wholly-owned and managed factory in China was established nine years ago and has been built solely for advanced technology antenna production.

The three new production lines are built to meet the highest standards and the latest innovative technologies developed by Galtronics for Distributed Antenna System (DAS).

The new Wuxi production lines are dedicated to in-building and outdoor antennas and are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and large capacity to meet the company's quarter-over-quarter, fast-growing demand. Galtronics continues to develop and add products for its innovative DAS antennas portfolio covering in-building, outdoor, stadium and other large venue applications.

"The company's high-quality, high-performance antennas have been successfully deployed in many locations around the world after receiving approvals from leading carriers in North America for use on their mobile network infrastructures," said Ben Bar, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing for Galtronics.

Galtronics' expanded production lines include complete testing capabilities for Passive Intermodulation (PIM) interference and the Voltage Standing Wave Radio (VSWR). In addition, all Galtronics DAS antennas have a unique serial number for quality assurance purposes and full traceability during the production process and thereafter.

The Galtronics Wuxi state of the art operation and facility includes:

  • Sales and Product Management
  • Engineering
  • Advanced RF testing facility and capability
  • In-house technology for plastic injection and two-shot molding
  • In-house high precision tool making for stamp tooling and injection tooling
  • In-house high precision metal stamping
  • Laser Direct Structuring manufacturing technology
