GTE Industries Makes Public a New Series of Three-Way Catalytic Solutions

GTE Industries has launched a new series of 3-way catalytic exhaust solutions that come with parts that can be substituted.

The 910R and 911R series permit consumers to incorporate catalytic systems into new or already working exhaust systems, helping them to satisfy standard emission regulations, eliminating the need to go in for a total examination and overhauling of the exhaust systems used by Natural gas engines with more power and lower air-fuel ratios (rich burn).

These series come along with a three year service assurance for the total unit, comprising of both the element and its framework, with only a few constraints. They can be fixed in the frontal part of the silencer, and its singular design permits both attachment and detachment processes with ease.

This Series uses GTE3W7360 99/99/88(NOX / CO / NMNEHC) and GTE3W8364 98/92/85 (NOX / CO / NMNEHC) catalyst preparations, offering great flexibility at viable rates. Its minute dimensions and configurations that can be easily modified to suit the client’s needs make it compliant to the systems which are being used currently. Compliance tests can be carried out by using ports. High strength and hard-wearing or sturdy qualities of the catalytic elements are supplied by the completely vacuum brazed, wave shaped, catalyst jacket. Even under extreme temperature conditions, sintering does not take place, because of the use of a wash coating technology. Its sleek finish due to high heat black powder gives weather resistance and sturdiness and reduces side products and radiations.
