Masimo has reported the demonstration of Masimo SET pulse oximetry’s efficiency in a recent study in the Journal of Clinical Anesthesia. According to the study, Masimo Radical with Masimo SET pulse oximetry demonstrated higher oxygen saturation (SpO2) sensitivity and specificity, showing minimal failure rates with respect to motion and low perfusion compared to other new-generation pulse oximeters.
