Emerson Simplifies Liquid Analysis to Improve Operational Efficiency

Emerson announced the Rosemount 105P Standard Liquid Panel Systems, configurable liquid analysis panel systems designed to reduce project complexity for water quality measurement applications. The pre-engineered panel systems combine Rosemount transmitters, sensors, cables, flow cells and flow control components into a repeatable architecture, simplifying integration and supporting a more streamlined path from specification to startup with less on-site assembly and labor.

Liquid analysis panel projects are often handled as one-off engineered systems or assembled from loose components, creating added ordering steps, site work and installation variability. The Rosemount 105P panel systems standardize common water quality measurement needs in a configurable system that supports a range of analytical measurements, including pH, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), dissolved oxygen and chlorine.

By combining Rosemount transmitters, sensors, cables, flow cells and flow control components into one ready-to-install system, the Rosemount 105P helps reduce the cost, time and effort required to specify, order, assemble and commission liquid analysis panels.
