The Siemens Building Technologies Division has introduced the swing fire detection system that provides superior flexibility and reliability. Swing integrates patented advanced signal analysis (ASA) technology with a failure-proof wireless network to enable optimal fire detection. The system can be used in places where it is impossible or undesirable to wire-in fire detectors.
ICEdot, an emergency identification and notification service, has collaborated with SenseTech to develop a wireless helmet-mounted sensor for detecting head impacts.
